About Shirin
Shirin Nikpay, MSc
Shirin is a state-approved Health Practitioner from Germany. She studied Psychology at Goldsmiths College and Medical Anthropology at Brunel University, London. In addition to her academic education she is trained and work-experienced in the holistic modalities of Gestalt-therapy (Therapeutisches Institut Berlin), Somatic Experiencing® and SOMA Embodiment®, as well as Osteopathy (CURA), Visionary Craniosacral work (Hugh Milne), Rebalancing Deep Tissue (Dipamo) and Hawaiian LomiLomi Massage (Jodi Mountain). She is currently assisting the SOMA Embodiment trainings in Spain & Germany to become a teacher in this modality while also offering her own SOMA HEART Training she developed over the past 25 years.
Offering
In her SOMA HealingArt Shirin combines the different therapeutic approaches according to the client´s needs and ailments. These range from treatment and prevention of stress-related signs such as headaches, muscle tension and digestive issues to trauma-related illnesses such depression, anxiety, addiction and burnout.
